Hank Van Joslin –
Realtor/Broker
Has
lived in the Woodlands since 1980, presently
residing in Sterling Ridge with his wife Lori who
is the marketing director / agent for the family
real estate business and their 12 year old son
Ayrton. His daughter Gaby 28 and son Van (Hank IV)
are both active top producing agents. Holding a
BS in Business Management and Finance
with a specialty in Banking from the
University of Tampa , Florida , Hank has
been involved in the real estate
profession in Texas since 1979 and holds his
Texas Real Estate Broker license since 1982,
is one of the 1,500 Certified International
Property Specialists (CIPS) worldwide , an
Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, Certified
Real Estate Auctioneer and a Personal
Property Appraiser. Over the past three
decades, Hank has been honored with some of the most
prestigious awards given by national home builders,
The Woodlands Development Corporation, the Greater
Houston Builders Association and the National
Association of Home Builders. He is the president /
broker owner of Van Joslin Real Estate and Caribbean
Resort Properties sales and marketing agent for Cap
Cana in the Dominican Republic.
He enjoys volleyball, biking, the outdoors and pets
including snakes. Having grown up in
Latin America
he is bilingual Spanish / English. Also to his
credit, in 1994 took a packaged fruit company public
and has worked as the liaison for State of Alabama department of Agriculture for grain
and poultry trade with Cuba.

Lori Van Joslin –
Realtor/Marketing Director
Involved in most all of Van Joslin Real Estate’s
transactions Lori is an Accredited Luxury Home
Specialist and as marketing director, is the
brains behind the agency’s branding and advertising
programs. Born and raised in Canada, her career path took
her from being a merchandise manager at Costco
overseeing over $100 million per month in sales then
on to China
as a product development and marketing manager for
a Chinese manufacturing group. She is a GIA
Accredited Jewelry Professional and is a diamond
broker. The proud mother of 12 year old
Ayrton, her favorite time is spent with her family
in the outdoors. She is a gourmet chef; a top
USTA tennis player, an avid volleyball player and
cyclist.

Naturalist: like her father, Gaby is a reptile
lover; collected, rehabbed, and bred exotic
reptiles. Gaby now keeps an Australian blue tongued

Gaby's answer is "all my life!" ; what began as
daddy's-little- girl's desire to learn about work,
quickly developed into a tenacious drive to
understand the dynamics of real estate in this
market and in others that her broker/father
has been involved in since Gaby's childhood; Van

Spanish and English. She enjoys painting and
traveling. Gaby is the proud mother of Kalleigh
her beautiful 2 year old daughter, enjoys riding
and training horses and is also an express yoga

A graduate of Texas A
& M with a degree in Parks Recreation and Tourism,
Van is the definition of customer service and
hospitality. He is considered one of the in house
experts in new home properties in The Woodlands,
Spring, Magnolia as well as in the inner loop and
is a lease property specialist for the company.
Former captain of the Woodlands High School
roller hockey team , he stays active in this and
other sports. As a Sushi chef he enjoys
being a guest chef at restaurants in and around Houston. You have
probably seen him out and about in the Van Joslin
Real Estate Smart car. He is bilingual English – Spanish.

Roberto Falcone –
Realtor
Born and raised in Canada.
Roberto moved to Europe in 1993 to finish high
school before going to college in
West Virginia
at
Marshall
University.
Roberto played collegiate division 1 golf for the
Thundering Herd and graduated with a BS in Marketing
and Sports Management.
Upon graduation, Roberto moved to
The Woodlands in 2001 where he began his career as
an Assistant Golf Professional at The Tournament
Players Course for a couple of years before playing
professional golf on the mini tours and competed in
first stage of PGA Tour qualifying school.
In 2004, Roberto formed Celico
Ventures LLC with business partner Carmine Falcone.
Celico Ventures LLC is a privately owed and operated
Commercial Real Estate Development company which
handles many facets of real estate from custom
“boutique” office space to upscale residential
condominiums. All properties are rental properties
for small to mid-range business’ on the commercial
side and mid to upper end on the residential side.
Roberto is President/Owner of his company and
handles all business operations of the company.
Roberto became a fully licensed real estate agent in

Chris Garcia – Realtor
Born and raised in Corpus Christi,
TX.
Chris moved to Tomball, TX in December of
1998 when his Father’s construction company (GCC
Builders) partnered with a multi-million dollar
residential builder to form a commercial
construction entity in the Government Sector. An
avid baseball player beginning at the age of 5 up to
the beginning of high school, Chris later began
racing motocross. Upon graduating from Texas A
& M with a Bachelor’s degree in Geography (emphasis
on Geographic Information Systems) in December of
2009 he was promoted to vice president of GCC
Builders and took on his first mayor project
managing the complete construction from the ground
up of a new Harris County EMS Ambulance Facility in
Tomball. He is also a partner in The Garcia
Group, Inc. a land developer. He is a
volunteer at the Tomball Fire Department,
has received his introductory certification
clearance from the State Firemen's & Fire Marshals'
Association of Texas. He is a member of the Rotary
Club of Tomball, where he finds great joy in serving
his community. “My goals in life are not based
as a human being on a spiritual journey, but rather
a spiritual being on a human journey. I was born and
still remain a Roman Catholic. My dream is to
eventually have a healthy and happy family including
a loving wife and children.”

Amanda (Mandy) Fugman – Realtor
Mandy grew up on the Isle of
Wight in
England
where she later worked as a medical secretary and
then a financial auditor. After spending five years
in the Bahamas she arrived with her husband
Walter and 13 year son Connor to The Woodlands.
Her son is involved with the Alley Theater, so when
mom is not driving to theater classes and events she
enjoys quilting, cross stitching and gardening.
Having moved around a lot and understanding
different cultures, Mandy assists many families with
their relocation needs.
